Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (whole or ground)
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds (optional)
1 ½ cups warm water
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
Add chia, flax, fenugreek, and optional ajwain seeds into a glass jar or cup.
Pour in warm water and stir the mixture well.
Cover and let it soak at room temperature overnight (6–8 hours).
In the morning, stir again. Optionally blend for a smoother drink.
Add lemon juice before serving, if desired.
Drink on an empty stomach for best results.
